Does my Contents page follow the main conventions of a school contents page?
Yes. The contents page that I have produced focuses solely on the main conventions being used. For example, I used a broad, bold heading at the top of the page to ensure that the readers can clearly establish that this is the contents page. The use of the editors letter informs the readers about what is in this issue of the magazine. Furthermore, I have included subheadings, to establish what is in the magazine and on what pages. I included a print screen of the front cover and located it at the top of the contents page, to again convey a sense of the magazine that the readers are reading. The logo and the picture being used help represent the genre further and relate to different stories within the magazine.
